Facilitating Business Success Stories

We are business people first … leadership, organisation, and transformation experts second.

In these challenging times, organisations must invest in the most critical asset they have: their people. By focusing on the fundamentals of people strategy—leadership, culture, talent, reskilling, and HR—companies can be better positioned to respond to an ever-changing environment.

Our Services

Organisational Development.

Sharpening the Saw is listed by Stephen Covey as the seventh habit of highly successful people. In order to fully leverage what your team brings to the table you need to invest in their development. Research suggests that many organisations are experiencing a leadership gap where the demand for effective leadership is growing, and the supply of effective leadership is waning. This is where Fairbridge Echelon comes in.

Leadership development focuses on activities that improve the skills, abilities and confidence of leaders. Programmes that we offer vary widely in complexity, cost and style of teaching but are tailor-made to the identified needs of the client. Coaching and mentoring are two forms of development often used to guide and develop leaders.

Succession planning, which aims to produce high-calibre leaders to take over senior positions when they become vacant is facilitated as part of this initiative. High-performers are typically identified for these leadership development programmes, which may be longer-term and broader than programmes focusing on tighter end-goals.

Success of any business is dependent on the calibre of its leaders. One of the primary goals of leadership development is to ensure the long-term success of an organisation, and this requires deliberate practice and a continued, company-wide commitment.

HR Management Consulting.

Human Resource Management (HRM) is an organisational function that manages all of the issues related to the people in an organisation. That includes but is not limited to compensation, recruitment and selection, performance management, organisation development, wellness, benefits, employee relations, policy administration, and training.

Due to a number of South African legislation that governs the relationship between the employer and the employee, many organisations see HRM as an endless spiral of legal compliance. It need not be so, with appropriate guidance, as an employer you can leverage employment legislation to enhance your business’ bottom line.

Fairbridge Echelon offers support to various companies to ease the weight of regulatory compliance. For instant we help businesses to recover up to 69% of their annual skills levy, that means instead of paying R1 for every R100 the company spends in payroll instead that amount becomes R0.31.

Through our partnership with EES-Siyakha, we offer the market leading software for managing Employment Equity in the workplace coupled with over 20 of consulting in the field.
